You also hereby grant each User of azVocab a non-exclusive license to access your User Content through azvocab.ai, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Content as permitted through the functionality of azVocab and under this Agreement.
- We prohibit the following actions. You are not allowed to:
- Use azVocab’s products to copy, reproduce, restore, transfer, distribute, resell, send, create sending capabilities, modify, translate, loan, and create their own products… to send to others for any reason or in any form, whether in whole or in part, that the company has not approved, as well as store for exploiting and using for these purposes.
- Take any action that violates the company’s policies and this Agreement.
- Take any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful actions.
- Take any action that may adversely affect you, our company, or any individual or organization.
- Take any action that may cause damage to the website or decrease the performance, availability, and access to this website.
- Take any action that may cause damage to the company and our services.
- Take any action that may violate the intellectual property, reputation, privacy, proprietary rights, or profits of the company and/or others.
- Take any action that the company deems inappropriate.
If you violate any of the prohibited terms mentioned above or other terms under the “Terms of Use” herein and in the event that your actions adversely affect the company’s revenue or brand image, our company is fully entitled to sue you for damages.
